We strongly warn against anyone who promises guaranteed daily income, "free money", or returns on any token trading app. Those claims are the signature of a scam.

tivrapay.org is an independent information resource. We are not the developers, owners, or operators of the TivraPay app. We do not host the app, run its servers, or process any user funds or payments.

All of those functions belong exclusively to the app's in-app support system. Any "customer care number" found online is fake.

TivraPay is not registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and the tokens traded on the platform are not SEBI-regulated securities. Payments are routed through UPI, but the platform itself is not a regulated financial institution.

Whether trading tokens is legal or suitable for you depends on your own circumstances. Please do your own research and take professional advice where needed.

Token trading carries real risk. Token prices can rise or fall sharply without warning.

• Price risk: Your tokens can lose value at any time
• Counterparty risk: The other user may delay, dispute, or fail to complete a trade
• Payment risk: Edited screenshots and fake payment confirmations exist – always verify in your own UPI app
• Liquidity risk: There may not always be a buyer at your price

All payments in the TivraPay app move directly between users via UPI. tivrapay.org is not a party to any transaction, does not act as an escrow, and does not receive, hold, or transfer any money on behalf of users.

We cannot refund money lost in a P2P trade. The app's in-app appeal system is the only channel to raise a dispute.
